Notice of Investment Manager Decision

We wish to notify you that the Investment Manager Denning Pryce has made the decision to exit the managed funds business at the end of this financial year 2019. This decision was made following recent changes to the operating environment of their business.

Denning Pryce are committed to fulfilling their obligations to clients and unitholders while they transition client funds until their exit.

What this means for you

From today, the following funds will no longer accept new or additional applications:

Ironbark Denning Pryce Global Tailored Income Fund ARSN: 136 845 148

If you are an investor in the Ironbark Denning Pryce Global Tailored Income Fund you can redeem your investment by 20 June 2019. At this time, we anticipate that the Ironbark Denning Pryce Global Tailored Income Fund will close on or by 30 June 2019. However, we reserve the right to close the fund earlier if we believe to do so would be in the best interest of unitholders.

If you have not redeemed your investment in the Ironbark Denning Pryce Global Tailored Income Fund by this time, your investment will be automatically redeemed. Your redemption proceeds will be paid to your provided bank account that we have on record. If you wish for your proceeds to be paid to a different bank account, please complete the withdrawal form with new bank account details, located on the Ironbark website, www.ironbarkam.com.

Ironbark Denning Pryce Australian Tailored Income Fund ARSN: 622 132 816

At this time, we are considering that the Ironbark Denning Pryce Australian Tailored Income Fund will close on or by 31 July 2019. If you are an investor in the Ironbark Denning Pryce Australian Tailored Income Fund you can redeem your investment at any time up to this date. We will notify you of any changes that may impact your investment.

You can redeem from these funds by completing a withdrawal form located on the Ironbark website, www.ironbarkam.com.
